However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we provide a structured and transparent return and refund policy to resolve the issue.
1. Return Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a successful return and refund, your item must arrive back at our warehouse in the exact same condition that you received it. This means the glassware must be completely unused, unworn, free from any signs of washing or liquid residue, and must include all original tags, protective padding, and retail packaging intact. Given the inherently fragile nature of glass products, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items are packed securely with adequate cushioning to prevent any breakage during transit. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. Items sent back to us without a prior authorized return request will be rejected.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a formal return process, you must contact our customer service department by emailing service@yaleppg.com. In your message, please clearly state your order number, the specific item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your request is approved, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship your package.
3. Return Shipping Expenses and Processing Unless the return is due to a verifiable mistake made by Yaleppg (such as shipping the wrong item) or the item arrived severely damaged, the customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping fees. We strongly advise utilizing a reliable, trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package. Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard number of business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
