1. Order Acceptance, Restrictions, and Cancellations The receipt of an automated electronic order confirmation from our system does not represent our final acceptance of your order, nor does it establish a binding confirmation of our offer to sell. Yaleppg reserves the absolute right at any time after receiving your order to accept, decline, or limit your order quantity for any legitimate reason, regardless of whether your credit card or payment account has already been charged. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently decide to cancel your order, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Accuracy of Pricing and Product Availability All prices displayed on our website are subject to modification at any time without prior notice. Product availability is also subject to rapid change. While we employ maximum effort to ensure all pricing, descriptions, and stock levels are entirely accurate, clerical errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a glass cup or glassware item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yaleppg retains the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that specific product, even if the order has been confirmed.

3. Payment Compliance and Logistics Allocation Full payment must be successfully processed and received by us before we accept and fulfill any order. All transactions are subject to our standard Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Shipping costs are strictly enforced as follows: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders under $49.00; Free Shipping applies to orders $49.00 and above; Expedited Shipping is fixed at $8.99. All approved product returns must be shipped to our authorized address at Sonnenstraße 2, 90471, Germany, and coordinated exclusively via service@yaleppg.com.
